Dr Lucie Newsome (she/her) is a senior university lecturer in management and economics. She holds a PhD, Master of Governance and Public Policy and Bachelor of Economic and Social Sciences. She has lectured and researched at universities in Australia, the US, France and Denmark. Her research has been published in high level academic journals.

Beyond academia, she has experience in providing research and analysis services to state and federal government departments and agencies, as well as to peak industry bodies.

She has also delivered training on diversity, equity and inclusion to Australian employees and entrepreneurs.

Lucie founded Inclusion Lab as a way to support organisations and businesses to develop evidence based solutions to issues of equality and inclusion.
