Inclusion Lab draws on its bank of over 600 diversity, equity and inclusion studies to help organisations make better informed decisions. We analyse quality data to understand what interventions are most likely to be effective in your organisation’s unique circumstances.

Training

Inclusion Lab offers training in areas such as diversity, equity and inclusion and building gender equality in non-traditional workforces (for example agriculture). Our training programs are informed by a deep analysis of peer reviewed data so we can create the desired impact. Our trainers are award winning university lecturers who have taught across Australia, Europe and North America.

Speaking

Dr Newsome regularly addresses industry groups and community groups on issues of equality and inclusion. She has spoken at over a dozen international and national academic conferences and numerous workshops.
